What are third-party events?

Zuddl’s Third-Party events are for the booth owners, sponsors, or staff in a non-Zuddl event who just want to be equipped with all the necessary tools and features that would quickly convert an interest into a prospect. So instead badge scans outputing CSVs, booth staff jotting leads in notebooks, and CRM admins reconciling data days after interest cools, you can easily spin up a third-party event on Zuddl to capture leads on a mobile app (even when Wi-Fi chokes), enrich them instantly, and send alerts or CRM updates within minutes and so much more instantly and efficiently.

Mobile Lead Capture

Booth staff install Lead Capture by Zuddl on iOS or Android, select the live event, and start scanning attendee badges. Each scan creates a lead in real time; if the internet drops, the app caches locally and syncs later, so no contact slips through. You can also add custom fields for leads of different types.

Live lead dashboard

Every scan appears instantly in Leads, where marketers filter by field, assign owners, or export a clean CSV. Upload the organizer’s scan file via CSV › Merge and Zuddl de-dupes against existing leads, adding any new metadata without creating duplicates.

Real-time alerts

Connect Slack under Integrations › Slack and push a message—“Booth Visit: Jane Doe, ACME Corp, Product Interest = Analytics”—to #event-floor. SDRs can dash over for a follow-up chat while the visitor is still nearby.

CRM & marketing sync

Native connectors to Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo treat each scan as a contact update or creation, event name, and custom fields. Lead-scoring rules adjust the same day, nurture streams trigger automatically, and revenue attribution ties back to the sponsorship without manual intervention.

Badge print & check-in

If you host a side-dinner or VIP talk during the conference, enable Onsite Check-in and pair a Zebra printer. Scanning your own QR invitations prints branded badges on the spot and logs attendance times that feed capacity and no-show metrics.
