Template library
The library ships with pre-defined transactional messages—Registration Confirmation, Order Receipt, Calendar Block, Speaker Invite, Reminder 24 h, Reminder 1 h, Post-Event Thank-You, and more. Each template automatically pulls event data, so the moment your date changes, every dependent email updates. For example, move opening keynote from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.; the “Sessions start in one hour” reminder retimes itself without touching the template.Scheduling email triggers
Most Zuddl emails trigger relative to the “Start Event” or “Session” timestamp: X days before, Y hours after, and so on. You can stack multiple reminders (e.g., 7-day, 3-day, 24-hour) without recalculating dates if the event shifts. For instance, a hybrid summit delayed by snow automatically reschedules all reminders, avoiding “see you tomorrow” notes that would confuse travelers.Merge tags
Tags like{{firstName}}, {{eventName}}, {{ticketName}}, or {{magicLink}} render live data per recipient. Personalized subject lines lift open rates, and dynamic body content keeps templates evergreen—even across multiple events.
For example, “Hi Sarah, your All-Access pass is confirmed for DevCon 2025.”
Rich-text & code view
Drag-and-drop blocks give marketers brand control (headers, CTAs, social icons). For granular edits, switch to code view and drop in custom HTML or inline CSS. Designers can fine-tune pixel spacing, while non-technical teammates still hit “Send” confidently.Test sends
Each template supports test emails to any address. Merge tags render with sample data, catching variable typos before attendees see placeholders. Add your deliverability alias—mail-tester@—to verify DKIM and SPF pass, keeping you out of spam.
Brand assets
Global settings allow you to set a logo, brand color, and footer disclaimer once; every template then inherits the style. Branding guarantees brand consistency and builds trust.Reply-to & sender domains
Choose a reply-to email address per template: a generic ‘events@’, a personal AE email, or a shared inbox. Authenticate custom domains (DKIM, SPF) in the settings to send from branded addresses, maintaining trust and inbox placement. For example, speaker onboarding emails come fromspeaker-ops@yourdomain.com, while ticket receipts use billing@yourdomain.com.
