Team members sign in with their Zuddl credentials, and role-based access limits them to the events they are assigned. The moment they authenticate, they view the app in the relevant branding—logo, color palette, and custom lead fields—so every scan feels like an extension of your booth.Event picker
Upon launch, the live event appears in a simple card view; by tapping it, you can enter that event until you switch manually. Staff never wonder whether they’re scanning the wrong spreadsheet, and analytics stay clean, with each scan tagged to the proper show, city, and date for accurate reporting.
QR scanning engine
The camera view auto-detects QR badges, vibrates on a successful read, and displays the prospect’s name so the rep can greet them instantly—an interaction that feels personal and reduces mis-scans. Decoding happens at the client-side.
Offline access & auto-sync
Convention-center networks are unpredictable; the app stores every scan in encrypted local storage when offline and pushes them to the Zuddl servers the moment a stable connection returns. A color-coded banner shows sync status—green for live, amber for queued—giving booth managers confidence that no lead is lost to connectivity hiccups.Custom lead fields
From the dashboard, marketers define additional inputs—budget range, buying timeline, product interest—using dropdowns, multi-selects, or star ratings. These fields appear under the prospect’s profile immediately after a scan, guiding reps to collect structured, analysis-ready context. Because fields are server-driven, you can add or edit them mid-event, and every device updates on the next sync.
Quick qualify & note taking
Each profile screen contains one-tap hot buttons (“Hot,” “Warm,” “Cold”) and a free-text notes area. Reps capture nuance—“Needs SOC 2 paperwork,” “Asked about volume pricing”—while the conversation is fresh, and those notes flow to the lead record visible to inside sales within minutes, enabling personalized follow-up that competitors can’t match.
