# Invite Lists

Invite lists in Zuddl give you the confidence that only the people you want can see or complete your registration flow. They sit at the intersection of marketing, data hygiene, and on-site logistics: marketing teams import highly targeted email lists, registration flows surface only to those addresses, and operational staff know every seat belongs to a pre-qualified guest.

## Creating a list
You can create multiple lists—“Tier-1 Accounts,” “Speakers,” “Press”—to power different flows or ticket rules without blending data.

## Assigning a list to registration
Open **Registration › Advanced Settings** and locate the **Invite List** section. Select one or more lists, and the flow instantly switches to a gated mode: only addresses on those lists can proceed beyond the landing page.
If you toggle **Verify email before showing form**, Zuddl prompts visitors for their address, checks it against the selected list, and reveals the registration steps only when there’s a match of the email address or a passcode. This protects booking links from being forwarded or scraped.
You can also enable landing page redirection, wherein anyone visiting the registration page will automatically be redirected to the set URL instead of the original landing page.

## Guest management & limits
The **Allow attendees to bring additional guests** option lets invitees register colleagues who are not on the original list. You can then enforce a **Guest limit per purchaser**. Zuddl adjusts the ticket-quantity dropdown so purchasers never exceed the quota. For events that mix lists of different priority, check **Apply same guest limit to all invite lists** or leave it unchecked and set limits per list.

## Ticket-level restrictions
Inside **Ticketing › Access**, you can require that a ticket be available only to contacts on a specific Invite List or subset of lists. A complimentary “VIP Dinner” ticket might surface solely for the “Executive” list, while the “General Admission” ticket remains open to everyone else.

## Pre-filled forms and one-click RSVP
When you send an invite email from Zuddl, each magic link contains a secure token that matches the recipient to the list entry. Clicking the link lands the invitee on the registration form with first name, last name, and email pre-filled. Pre-population shortens time-to-submit, reduces typos, and lifts conversion—especially on mobile, where keyboard entry is painful.
