# Overview

> Learn about branding options in Zuddl

### Branding and theming

Zuddl includes a comprehensive **Branding** menu that allows customization of the event's visual style across venues. Event branding options are grouped into three sections: **Theme**, **Navbar**, and **Virtual Background**.

### Theme

Zuddl supports two visual modes: **Custom** (default) and **Dark**. Organizers can define a \*\*Primary Color \*\*that is applied to the engagement pane, audio/video control, bottom bar, etc. In custom themes, the platform auto-generates a complementary secondary color to ensure readability.

A **background image** can also be applied across the event’s virtual venues. This image appears behind content panels and can be optionally overridden for specific areas, such as rooms or expo booths. Organizers can select from pre-defined templates or upload their own background assets.

### Navbar

The **navigation bar** at the top of the event interface displays venue tabs and can be fully branded. Organizers can upload a custom **event logo,** which appears on the left of the navbar. Organizer can also customize the navbar color, text color, and selected tab color.

### Virtual background

Organizers can upload a **virtual background** that is added as a default background while joining rooms, networking areas, expo booths, and other venues.
